December 2016 update

December was relatively quiet this year, but it's not over yet! I get many last minute calls for New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Yes, I'm available! I must say the weather has been outstanding throughout the month. Sunsets are always beautiful, and the skies and colors are awesome! What a place to have a sunset wedding -- Marco Island. We call it Paradise!

Marcia and Mickey Kay had their ceremony at the Esplanade overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and close to Mango's. At least 30 guests attended a noon ceremony and later they had all retreated to a wedding luncheon inside Mango's.

Nick and Darlene Juskin were married on a huge boat docked at the Esplanade on Marco Island, named the Elixir. We didn't just have the ceremony at the Esplanade. The captain and owner, Tony, friends of Darlene and Nick took us out to sea before sunset and stopped the boat so that the ceremony could be performed at the bow. It was an extraordinarily beautiful night, calm, clear, and the most perfect sunset. Since I had my foot in a cast, my son, David, was my anchor so that I wouldn't fall over, even though we had stopped. It all worked out beautifully, and we had a glorious ride back to the Esplanade.

Stay tuned. One never knows how exciting the coming months will be. Don't forget. If anyone has any questions, please email me at [email protected] or call me at 239-248-4851. I will always return your call if I am not available. I live on the Island all year round.

Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, and Happy New Year to all!
